I’m Mehmet Fatih Akser, and I want to personally welcome you to ALL-Stars Basketball Academy. With over 20 years of coaching experience at the collegiate, professional, and grassroots levels, my passion for developing young athletes goes beyond just teaching basketball—it's about building strong, well-rounded individuals.

I hold a Master of Science in Sport Coaching from West Virginia University, and I’m proud to be certified at the highest levels, including the NCCP Level 4/5 “Advanced Coaching Diploma” and the FIBA Europe Coaching Certification. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with elite organizations like Canada Basketball, provincial programs, and universities across Canada. I’ve had the privilege of contributing to player development, team strategies, and overall program growth, and I’m excited to bring this wealth of experience to ALL-Stars Basketball Academy.

At the heart of my coaching philosophy is Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD), which means that we focus not just on basketball skills, but on developing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of every athlete. I believe in player-centered coaching, where every athlete is treated as an individual with unique strengths and opportunities for growth.
